Dear Ms, Mr.,

I have been really surprised as we arrived, beacause the hotel had not received our booking.
I am really angry against Destinia.com.
Finally and after having spoken with the recepcionnist, we finally got a room. We had to wait 2 hours to get the towels (frome 20h00 to 22h00) and had to ask about three times to get them !

En general el hotel bastante bien, el problema es que está junto a la estación de tren, en una calle muy grande, demasiado céntrico para mi gusto. Imposible aparcar el coche sin pagar. Está a 2minutos andando del centro. El desayuno bien, aunque tampoco no es para tirar cohetes. Un hotel normalito en general.

Está muy cerca de la estación del tren y de autobuses, bien comunicado y cerca del centro.

Demasiado calor en verano, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones lo que debería ser "obligatorio" puesto que al estar junto a la estación si abres la ventana hay demasiado ruido para poder dormir adecuadamente. Por lo demás un hotel altamente recomendable

Cet hotel est absolument parfait :
- pas cher
- tres bien situe (à quelques metres de la gare de Fribourg, à 100 mètres du centre vile, à 20 mètres des tram et bus).
- excellent accueil, l'equipe est adorable. Par exemple, j'avais oublie un sac, et quand j ai telephone ils m'ont tout de suite dit l  avoir trouvé et m'ont proposé de me le poster, j'ai juste à payer les timbres, ils sont tres bien organisé.
- la chambre est assez grande, la salle de bain est super

Der Service im Hotel war bestens. Das Frühstück hat mir auch super gefallen. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.
