The 222-room resort is fully air-conditioned and includes a reception area, currency exchange facilities, a restaurant and conference facilities.

The rooms at the resort range from Standard through Deluxe Garden, Deluxe Pool, Deluxe Sea and Premier Sea Rooms to Laguna Suites. All rooms are extra spacious and fitted with timber striped flooring. Deluxe rooms and above have individual balconies to take advantage of the South China Sea breeze and offer a choice of enchanting garden, rainforest, sea or pool views. All rooms are en suite and come with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a television, a room safe and individually regulated air conditioning units as standard.

The hotel has recreation activities such as pool, beach games (e.g. beach volleyball), indoor board games, island excursions, jungle trekking, non-motorised water sports (e.g. banana boating) and snorkelling. The resort has its own outdoor swimming pool with a children's area, as well as a gym.
